How to polish e53 headlights back to new?
 

I would like to polish out the light scratching on my 2003 4.6is but don't know how. I would like them to look like new. Detailed info would be awesome (analytical).

- Wet sanding will give the best result but is a little tricky.
- Meguiars PlastX will give you a pretty decent result for removing oxidation, light scratches
- Use Plexus for polish in between ,not repair

google either one will give more detailed instructions than you want or need :thumbup:

I used a fine polish and that worked great!
