Best Product to refresh the dashboard?

Any suggestions on what to use to clean up the dashboard from dust and dirt etc? Don't want to use anything that will make it too greasy looking like armorall.

Cockpit Cleaner/Restorer is the best I used for the dashboard and interior.

You can get it from Phil @ Detailers Domain.

Thanks for the quick response. Is this the product you're talking about?

Any pics of it applied on the dash?

Actually i use nothing but a damp micro fiber cloth. Anything else attracts dust.

JayX5 12-07-2007 03:52 AM

The thing is I need a cleaner as there are some parts of the dash that have marks o them from touching. Pics would be great!!

Jayx5 try the Einszett Cockpit spray it does repel dust.

JayX5 -

Use the Einszett Cockpit spray. It's great and leaves a Matte finish.
However, I would like to suggest 303 Protectant as well, as I don't believe the 1Z Cockpit has any UV protectants in it.

sprocket1200 01-07-2008 08:40 PM

303 on all my stuff...
they even have a fabric protectant for the convertible top (and your fabric patio set)!

Just put it on a friend's GS 350 yesterday. Vinylx looked awfully shiney to us. Like older products. Not to argue, just looked that way...

Slightly damp microfibre cloth with Static Guard sprayed on the cloth. the Static Guard does a great job of preventing lint from sticking to the black surfaces. Yes, this is the stuff you get from the clothing care isle of the grocery store.

My vote goes for Aero 303 leaves a nice matte finish, tried Vinylx once and it looked like absolute shit, I wouldnt use that on my tires.
