Black chrome tips on 3.0

Hi all,
has anyone noticed that their black chrome exhaust tips on the 3.0 with sport package look pitted and dare I say rusty.
Tha car is only 2 months old, any ideas to polishing or cleaning the tips.
Not very impressed for such a new car. :( :(

If the car is only two months old, I take it back to the dealer and have him replace it under warranty.
