Hard water spots

I have what appears to be hard water spots on the the window pillars. Any suggestions for removing? My X is an 06 Jet Black.

Thanks

Depends on what caused the hard water spots. If the water spots are caused from acidic water, then they've probably actually started to "etch" into your paint. The solution to this is....well, repainting your car.

However, if it's caused by alkalinic water, then what happens is it forms a sort of "paste" that resembles the "etch" that is left from acidic water. There are many products sold in detail supply shops that can help with this, but if it's an alkaline problem, you should be able to get a mild acid-based cleaner (like citris cleaner) and some elbow grease should take care of it.
