Claybar

Has anyone used a Mothers Claybar? Looks like we might get a break from the heat and I want to get in a good fall detail.......Phil

Mother's clay bar

Yes, I've used it. The detail spray that comes with it work great. The clar bar itself is rather small, but I've been able to clay the car twice with it. It looks amazing afterwards.

I've heard that the local paint shop has large clay bars for sale cheaper than the automotive clay bars.

Yes, it works great. Meguire's also is excellent.

I've use Meguiar's clay bar and it worked well . Just make sure with whatever clay bar you use to keep the surface lubricated.

Late to this party, but I have also used it and I couldn't believe how smooth the paint felt after I was done.

After claying , polish it up then wax it up to protect the clearcoat and shine.
