Scratches on Headlight

How do you polish out or remove scratches on your headlights cause by road debris? I've found some stuff on the net like Novus Plastic Scratch Remover or this stuff http://www.janvil.com/headlight_restore.htm. Anyone on the board had any experience with these kinds of products? Thanks for the help!
