No the i730 is not. However here's a little more on the subject.

Is the Nextel Blackberry 7520 compatible with the Bluetooth function?

Yes, but there won't be automatic phonebook transfer (reportedly for security reasons) and you have to accept the Bluetooth connection on the BB before it'll complete the handshake with the ULF (as opposed to my V600 which will autoconnect each time). Voice quality is reported to be very good.

Don't expect a charging cradle for it though.

I have the 7520 working in my 01 with a retrofit from Advanced Autovations.

Correct on the lack of phonebook transfer, can not make a manual transfer either.

I was able to find a setting for the BMW connection in my phone that allowed me to set it to "trusted" and I get automatic connection now.

Voice quality is generally good, although the mic level still seems low.
