Can't pair Moto Razr V3 w/ 2007 X5 E70?

First off, glad to be here. I've been a member over on E60.net for some time now and am looking forward to being a member here. The layout is fantastic.

OK...so I did some searches and went through the directories, but am still having problems. I just picked up my 2007 X5 4.8i Sport and am having issues pairing the vehicle with my Razr V3. I'm also the owner of a 2007 E60 and have the phone working perfect on my sedan. I tried searching for devices and came up empty on multiple tries on the phone. The BT communication is active in iDrive. I would think it would be the same method of pairing, no? Do I have to enter in a new passkey for the device itself?

Since this is the E70 and brand new, I'm wondering if something changed??

Can anyone help?

Thanks!
