How to transfer phonebook manually

Hello,

I have QTEK S100 phoe with Windows Mobile 2003 SE. As i understand it dosn't support automatik syncronization, but can i anyway transfer my phonebook manualy ?

I try such method: After pairing ULF with phone i turn off ignition and go again in pairing mode... but not tu pair but to send phonebook.
It send contacts from phone fine, but i don't understand what i should do after ?

If i just turn off ignition then after i turn on my car - it want i pair my phone again. But if i pair it again then it clear phonebook in car

1. Someone can tell me how to transfer phonebook to ULF ?
2. How can i know what generation of ULF i have ?
3. How many contacts can store ULF module ?
