What Bluetooth Version is in the BMW Modules???
I have a 2005 X5 with the -114 Assist/BT module recently installed. It pairs with the Sony p910a and Treo 650, but NOT with the Samsung i730, my phone of choice.

Samsung level 2 TS told me that the i730 is running BT v1.1 and in order to work properly in the car, the vehicle must also be running v1.1. It is allegedly not backward compatible with 1.0.

I've searched here but not found anything on this. Does anyone here know how to determine the version of BT software on the BMW module?
