BT X3 (e83). Help Pls.

Sorry for my bad ånglish
I have BMW e83 (x3), made for USA, win 77011, produced in 02/2004.
My car has option – SA 639 "Telephone Preparation, US/CAN"
I` m decide to retrofit Bluetooth:
1. Remove Assist module (BMW p/n 84106978527).
2. Install the ULF module 7th generation, (BMW p/n 84 10 6 969 268).
3. Install eject box (BMW p/n 84216946064)
4. Additionally installed Bluetooth antenna.
All was installed in accordance the guidance for the «Upgrade kit No. 84 64 0 306 855 Universal BMW Bluetooth hands-free upgrade».
Menu "Telephone" was appeared on the monitor,
voice management functioned,
but telephone (Nokia 6230i) not paired.
And as result, system is not functioned
May be problem lay in plugs of two connections?
I need your help, please
