Hi Just installed BT from Bimmernav, great product and EZ too. Trying to set up my office voicemail to dial either voice or from phone book. Have a BB 8700c which I built a list of contacts in a catagory which loads to the ULF fine. In Outlook I am able to create pauses in the numbers to allow it to dial extensions and passwords. From the BB I can dial the contact and it properly dials the ext and codes with the proper pauses. In the car the contact appears, but the number shows p's where the pauses are, but does not dial the extensions, just dials the whole string, so no connection is made.

Anyone have this issue and a fix? Or does anyone know if we can program pauses and # keys when storing numbers in VR? How?
