Bluetooth retrofit to 2005 X5?

Hi

Have just got a 2005 X5 that has the sat nav system but does not have the phone functionality. BMW dealer quoted thousands to add in Bluetooth. Any ideas on cheaper / easier ways to get my phone working in there? thanks.
