Smile Synchronize Outlook Contacts via IPhone to Bluetooth.

Outlook works extremely well with the IPhone; simply performing a normal ITunes synchronization with your desktop computer will (should) automatically detect your Email settings, down load the settings to your IPhone as well as downloading your contacts to the IPhone. Paring your IPhone to your X5’s Bluetooth will automatically download the contact list to the Bluetooth. Subsequent connects to the Bluetooth (every time you start your X5) will rebuild the Bluetooth scroll list, based upon Outlooks “Full Name”, “Business”, “Home” and “Mobile” fields. To reduce the number of entries to scroll through, I moved the “Business”, “home”, “business fax” and “Mobile” numbers to the Outlook notes area. This procedure provides a concise scroll list on my Bluetooth while retaining the detail information in my IPhone. After updating your Outlook contacts, perform a ITunes to IPhone synchronization, which will in turn provide you with a new Bluetooth scroll list.
