E46, wrong passkey, i cant find the ULF

Hi, i bought a used E46 whith place between the seats to the phone.

So i tryied to connect the phone, and can get to the point where it wants a passkey. I got the original sheet whith the codes, but i says wrong code.

Then i learned that the ULF could hawe been changed ant the code would be on the side.

But i cant find the ULF, its NOT next to the CD/DVD changer.

Eny ideaers???

Sorry my bad written english.

There's really only the one place for it, above the CD stacker in the boot on the left handside. It is a small silver box.
