microsoft voice command

I currently use microsoft voice command via a separate bluetooth speakerphone in my car and it works very well.

I'm about to pick-up a 2010 X5 and was wondering if it is possible to use the microsoft voice command with the BMW bluetooth system?

Does anyone have experience with the two systems and can compare?

I don't see alot of point downloading the phone directory if the system can use the inbuilt microsoft voice command system.
