BLUETOOTH CODE???

I purchased my 2006 X5 as a CPO and cannot find the bluetooth activation code. Does anyone know how I can find out what the code is? I believe it is a four digit code. Thanks in advance.

The BT passkey is printed on the part number sticker on the Bluetooth module. You will have to disassemble the trunk area to get to it. Alternatively, the BMW dealer can connect the car to their diagnostics computer and read the code that way.

My delayed submission of this allowed Brians's post to sneak in before I submitted. Anyway, his post has better info.

What location of the trunk is the Bluetooth module located? Does the spare need to be removed?

Thanks,

David

The bluetooth module is located by the CD changer and navigation computer.
