Streaming video and audio through Stock nav and bluetooth

Just bought an X5 with stock navigation and bluetooth. No problem pairing my phone (droid razr) and making calls, looking up numbers etc. However, I was under the assumption that I would be able to stream music (pandora, grooveshark, google music) through the stock bluetooth idrive headunit. Also figured I'd be able to stream videos through the bluetooth as well. So far I haven't found any way to do this. Am I just dreaming that this is possible, or have I just not figured it out yet? Thanks in advance.

I did too! I could not set it yet. Supposedly you have to turn cable, aux off to make it work. Video, I was not sure. Don't u have to unlock video capability

Any updates if this is possible to stream Bluetooth audio on an 09 x5?

Music is definitely doable. If your phone is connected find where it shows the name of your phone and select it. There should be a music note that is still shadowed (inactive) push the selector nob to the right opening another menu where you can check phone and music instead of only phone. Hope this helps.

Should have specified. I have an 09 and that functionality does not appear to exist for it. Bummer.
