Hi, has anybody installed MP3 CD Changer to a '01 X5 with Navigation?
Will Alpine CHA-S634 work with it? If not what else will?

Nobody knows...nobody ever hooked up aftermarket MP3 changer to his X5?

Yes, you will find several folks have done this. You just need an adapter thats all. Simply goto the search pull down and type CHA-S634 and you'll find plenty of good info !
