Weird problem with Android HU (AVIN4)

i'll try to make it easier and shorter as possible:

My car has Oem Nav with a modded Bm24 (with 2 RCA), as I have a amp into the trunk,
i decided to upgrade to an Android unit and I choose Avin4,

Instead of using the RCA adapter of the HU i preferred to temporary use the Quadlock extension cable directly to the Bm24.
I hooked up the 2 connectors , the one on the HU (with it's adapter) and turn everything on.

the Avin turns on and boot with no problem but unfortunately I have absolutely NO sound at all.
I realized that this was a problem of signal to the amp, which is quite strange as that wire worked for years with no problem and now with this setup decided not to work anymore, honestly i dunno where it came from (i didn't directly made the setup, a shop did it for me 15 years ago), but seem to be a bmw wire as is black/white striped and i has no power since the extension cable got plugged in (probably that was spliced somewhere FROM pin 16 line), as the connector on the Bm24 has NO pin on it

i tried to bypass this and feed the amp directly with pin 16 on the Bm24 connector (but I tried also other 12V sources), and it turns on, but I only have a static, that, if i increase the volume from the steering wheel it goes up on volume, if it turn the know on the HU it still on the same volume, but also in this case NO SOUND at all.

i tried again by using RCA directly from the HU to the amp and use the AMP CON wire to turn the amp on, but the result is the same, static noise and no sound.

what is strange to me is that 17pin (round) connector exits from the bm24 with only 4 wires on pins :
5 (12v acc), 7 (Ibus), 9 (12v dir) and 15 (ground), while at the other connector that goes into the OEM wiring loom has more or less the same pin of the OEM connector (to the bm24) and HU side, with the "other connector/adapter, it uses the same 4 wires in the same pins.

Do Ibus is capable to manage the audio part or there is something wrong in the connections /connector?

i must admit that the Quadlock is not Avin one but is for Xtrons (but afaik is the same pinout).

i'm totally clueless, i've tried to ask to AVIN regarding the pinout on their cable but I recevied no answer,

do anyone knows what colud be wrong or is able to suggest me some other tests to make it work properly?

Thanks in advance

You'd probably get more help if you mentioned what year/model your car is.

Do you have DSP? If so, you need a Resler iBus adapter, coded with your car's VIN, to activate the amp.

i'ts an e46 but this can be applied to any other Bmw with that system
The problem has been solved by using Rca for the audio and just 1 connector to the main harness (the ones that should go to the Bm24 is not connected)

i realized that the oem NAVI wiring loom got messed up as the installer (that modded the Bm24 and upgraded from Mir navi to monitor ) spliced some wires on it and welded those to the old Mir loom, that hasn't been removed, i suppose that something went in conflict on Ibus level on the bm24, to communicate with the AVIN.

now it acts exactly as if I had no navi, but with a connector not in the front but in the trunk.
i've able to run the extension by driver's side and RCAs under the carpet of the center consolle area...
