Does anyone know if you can install a new "most" cd changer to replace the original one running on an ibus system?

I anwsered your post on e46Fanatics also.This is a completely different CD Changer, as the MOST system uses Fiber Optics. I would highly suggest using an iPod and the DICE system for much less than what a new CD Changer would cost:
