If you have navigation, it should fit. If not, then you will have to relocate your air conditioning panel down one step to make room for the DIN unit.

OF course it fits, they have to make a Custum case to fit a double din in there and apparently you will lose your on board computer, which just tells you mpg,mph and range. There is an adapter so you can still use your steering wheel controls. I strongly recommend not fitting into ac vent because you will lose your central ac vents and drop resale value. That eclipse unit is amazing and even better is the new AVN5495 which is coming out in 2 weeks which has Hard drive navigation and a hard drive (30gigabytes)to save and record all your songs, that way there is no need for CD's and you can use the headunit as an ipod, also no need anymore for a navigation DVD as everything is saved onto the harddrive
