Please help!
I have got a a 2005 X5 4.4i with DSP and NAV. BMW do not know how to set/reset the default tuning sensitivity (manual, low, hi) - the current default is apparently set to LO sensitivity and in my area most of the stations do not show up on search mode unless it is set to HI sensitivity. I set it manually to HI sensitivity BUT every time I turn off the engine and restart I have to go thru the same process. Is there somone that can positively explain what needs to be done and how?

BTW: The head service mechanic said, yep others have complained about this, but he does not have any "tools" that allow him to change it. This is the SECOND dealer I took it to. They all seem to scratch their heads.
