If Sirius displays artist/song, will MP3 do too?

I have a 2004 X5 with Nav & DSP. I just installed the Sirius kit from BSW. The categories, artists and songs all display. If I upgrade my CD Changer to the new BMW OEM version with MP3 support, does that mean I'll see the MP3 text or is that a different animal altogether?
