DICE Display

I just finished installing a DICE ipod and everything works fine, sounds great except the scrolloing dispaly of the song is on the instrument cluster not the radio. How do I get it to display on the radio please.

Thanks,

Gary

Depends on if you have a Business CD or Navigation setup, also make sure the DIP switches are in the OFF position.

Navigation: DISC6/TRACK6
Business CD: DISC6/TRACK3 for display on OBD or DISC6/TRACK4 for MID display. Be sure to move back to DISC1 after text selection.

For text display on the MID of the Business CD, you meant DISC6/Track4 right?

Correct, I meant TRACK4. Post has been edited.

OK... I tried that and nothing changed. I have the Business radio without NAV and DSP. All my settings on the DICE are in the up position which I presume is off?

You're correct. Give me a call tomorrow morning from your X5 and we can troubleshoot further if needed. There's a step that is being skipped somewhere.

The display can only be viewed on the OBC or MID, but not both at the same time. Which do you prefer?

I prefer MID.

Also, sometimes, my IPOD automatically "stops" after a song and never plays again. What could be the problem?

MID would be CD6/TRACK4.

Does the display real "STOPPED" when the music stops? If so, this may be the end of your particular artist or Playlist.
