No DISC in #5 of CD Changer

I have a brand new OEM CD Changer that was installed 4 months ago. My #5 Disc will not play, and my NAV Screen keeps saying NO DISC when I try and play or change to #5.

All my other Disc's play (1, 2 ,3, 4, & 6)

Let me jump on the TIS and see if I can find an issue with this. Might just have a bad unit.

Are these store purchased CDs or burned discs? Does switching the order of the discs change things?

I would try a replacement CD magazine from another BMW to see if you get different results. If not, the problem probably lies within the changer.
