Aux in 2003 x5 w/o changer, nav, dsp

I was going with DICE, but I cant find the changer or the plug for it . I got a little confused as I thought the plugs were there even if the changer was not. Anyway, I moved on to Ipod/BMW solution and I dont want to cut anything (I am not allowed-- wife thing).
I have to go with AUX! Looking the instructions, I did not quiet understand what to remove from where.
Can someone tell me, please, what wires to remove / insert/reinsert or whatever needs to be done.
If you can tell me where I can find those flipping cd-changer plugs, cause that would be the best solution.
