Sterling is on a distinguished road
adding custom sub and amp

I'm building a custom sub with the same speaker that is in the JL audio Stealthbox. (sorry BSW) The amp I chose is a JL audio a 1200 mono amp.

JL recomends configuring the amp without any filtering and that just seems strange to me

Does the BSW amp and sub run full range?

My 1st impulse is to set the amp to a specific Hz, and then add caps to the mid base speakers to protect them from the damaging low Hz......

I do plan on upgrading my speakers to the BSW upgrade set soon.

Does anyone have any recommendations?
