Question Can one Have CD Changer and AUX Input in a Car with OEM Navigation?

Hi all,
Can one have both CD Changer and OEM AUX Input on a car (2005 325i) that is equiped with OEM 16:9/MKIV Navigation? Or is one exclusive of the other?
Thanks,
Peter
