The right channel (Front and Back) always sounds good. The left channel (Front and Back) starts out good and goes to crap after about 5-15 minutes but only on the CD Changer input. If it goes bad and I switch to tape or AM/FM, and both left and right sound fine for those inputs.

Okay, I am getting ready to replace my radio module. My X5 is a 00 and has a BM C43 with round pins.
I'm going to replace it with the BM53 that has flat pins and is coded for my nav. I have included 2 pics -- 1 old and 1 of the new unit. What do I need for adapaters to convert round to flat? On the old unit there are two plugs that look like antenna plugs separate from the main harness. Which is which. I assume one is for the radio antenna and one is for the nav antenna. |

Tom -- thanks for the link... I'll place an order.
How do I know if my BM53 works with aux input? Otherwise I will just use my DICE controller for the iPod. |
