You are talking about attitude? Check your initial reply which is:

a) ironic (Are you serious???) and
b) out of topic (I didn't ask you to judje if I am serious or your opinion about the cost of the bezel)

So look yourself in the mirror and see who's attitude is wrong here. And this is my attitude when I am waiting to see a reply on my question and seeing a smart ass asking me if I am serious cause I bought something with my money. I didn't ask you to pay it.

Just to clarify, I was not criticizing you in any way for your purchase. I was actually questioning the fact that the manufacturer was charging so much for this item and did not include brackets with it bc at one point I was considering buying this bezel. And since it appears you do not have much experience on here based on the number of posts you have, you apparently don't realize that anytime you post on here you are going to get comments and opinions - that is how we learn from each other. For instance, when I made the comment "I wish the X5 one had the line in it like some of the others to match the lines of the dash", granted this did not help you in any way, but you or someone else might have come back and said "oh, you can get one like that over at ....".

I apologize for not actually answering your question, but if you continue to snap back at others for any comments made, you are never going to get any answers here.

Good luck!!!

It's true that I am new to this forum but I am Elite Veteran (don't know how the rating is here) in other forums (for other interests that I have) so I know how it works. I am helping regularly other members there and I have many good friends all over the world some of them I also had the pleasure to meet.

Any way this is one of the cons of these forums as many times the writting expression might be misunderstud from many of us and it has hapened to me in the past mainly because English is not my native language and many times I am not expressing myself as I want to.

To make a long story short I think your word that there was no intention to critisize is enough and apologies are accepted. Please accept mines as well for snapick you back.

No hard feelings I hope.

I had e-mailed Rich I while back with the same question. Here is the answer he gave me.

You need to secure the bezel using a metal strap and the stock screws hidden behind the dash trims.

Good luck.
