where new amp go??(BSW stealth sub.)

I got the BSW stealth sub today and installed it.
it took a little longer than i expected.
so far, so good~
but where does this new amp go?
i was told that i can hide the amp under the trunk but i realized today and there is no such room for the amp to fit in.
I have CD changer, Navigation, OEM bluetooth.. everything except dsp.

I don't think it's a good idea to leave my amp sitting on the trunk.

Is there any solution for this?
if possible what part should i get?

Thanks.

isn't there a space under the floor on that piece that covers the spare tire?

There is room to put it behind the cover on the left side, you may even be able to secure it to the floor, as that amplifier has a very small footprint.

I'm sorry but....
where you guys talking about??
here's the picture of the trunk.

i tried to put the amp next to the spare tire but it didn;t really fit there.
i could leave the amp like that but the trunk cover was not completely closed.
I need at least 1'' deeper hole or something...

Please, help me out..

We've had good luck a couple times in the past mounting the amplifier almost where you have it now, but flat on the floor, with the OE spare tire in place.

There should be some room to the left where your factory amplifier is. Is there any voids between either than factory amp, changer, etc.? Sometimes, if you remove something in that area to the left, where all of the electronics are, you can fit it quite snugly in there as well.

i have a Bluetooth box next to the factory amp, which means there's no extra room for the amp.
I guess i just give up to stealth the amp.....

Thanks anyway.

If you can relocate the factory amp (non-dsp right?) you can fit the sub amp in that space. This is what I did with mine. I have the amp controls facing upwards so the gain, bass eq, and lp filter controls are easily accessible.

I have been reading this post for a couple days and I feel your pain... I think you should sell the amp you have on Ebay and get yourself an MTX TC3001 because of its size and power. You can fit the MTX amp somewhere (I put it in the equip rack) however, I realize you still have your CD player... swap it out for a DICE ipod unit! That way, you will have room for an amp there (see the thread below) PLUS now you'll have song text on the OBC or MID. It's just my opinion...
