Don't break the wood trim while removing your door panels. What else would you like to know?

So is this a relitively easy DYI? I have read posts that say it can be difficult to do

Have you looked for a writeup on the board about how to do it?

I have replaced all the door factory speakers in my X with Alpines. If you need specifics, just let me know.

I am going to get the MB Quart Discus 5.25 speakers. I know how to mount the tweeter becasue I saw this done on my e36. You take the old tweeter out and put hot glue and speaker cloth or foam in to support the new tweeter. Are there any other specifics in the install I need to know? or is it an easy swap? I dont want to pay for the BSW set up just to have instructions. I do have the BSW sub, spec Doc and DICE however

The MB quarts I purchased from BSW were the SAME price as every other distributor that sold them. However, BSW does not tell you which model number speaker your getting on the website. Yes, your right, hot glue or RTV is the trick.
