Mono amp has terminals to support a single speaker. 2 channel amp has terminals to support 2 speakers. You bridge a 2 channel amp by using just the positive from channel and the negative from the other channel. This will be clearly marked on the amp.
Can't help you with power recommendations since I don't know much about the stealthbox... d- |

The a2150 can provide a bit more power into 4ohms than the a1200 and is a more versitle amp. The extra power potential gives you a tad more headroom at high volumes. Bridging the amp is a simple change in the speaker connections. That said, the a1200 does a fine job with the Stealthbox and makes a great mono sub amp. If you are putting this in with the stock X5 system, or even with upgraded mids/highs with the factory amp, the a1200 is plenty of power.
