Engine Whine with OEM tuner

I have some serious engine whine with my OEM tv tuner, its a hybrid tuner installed in my x3... i get whine from the dvd player but i figured that was from the connections, normal TV gets some whine...

anyone have this problem????? if so is there a fix

check wiring , dont put wiring along power cable. You may only cross power and a/v wiring.

id say that is the porblem, the installer that installed the dvd player must have run the power cable down the side the nav cable is run, ill power down the dvd player and see if this makes any difference

ok removing the power cable from the line of the nav cable did not do anything does anyone else have a suggestion as to why my tv tuner has bad engine noise
