We've been out of the office for the holidays, so I'm hoping you've been able to locate instructions. If not, please email me and I'll get them out to you today.

Any chance I could get a copy so I can establish what's involved before I launch myself down that route?

Dear UKenGB give me your email, I will forward.

I installed mid and tweaters.
Rear mids are little smaller, but you can easily fix it.
But front mids holderes are too small and you need to cut screw hole to extend.
I hoped it was direct replacement, but I needed saw for modification.
Hardest part of upgrade is removal of door panels.
About sound:
Sound is good, much better than stock.
But I have tremble set almost at max.
I am thinking install JBL P25t 4ohm tweaters. I know that stock are 8ohm,but I had JBL tweater in other X5 and I liked it.
In mid-bas I am going to install JBL GTO627, because it will have better bass that 5.25" rainbow speakers from BSW.
All I wrote it is my opinion.
