Wanted to go with BSW speakers but... Please help me design a system

I want to go with a clean stealth Audiophile install. I cuently have the BSW sub, for stealth SQ sound, but am in the process of decidng what and how to upgrade the current system. I thought about going with the BSW stage one set up for speakers, but here is my problem. If I upgrade speakers with the BSW set, I will not be able to add an external amp and pocessor down the road without spending excess money on drivers I don't need. i assume there is no possible way to integrate the BW 2.5 divers placed in the rear doo and the front dash. I was looking at the alpine pxe h650, just released for factory integration. If I get this I would like to amplify all my speakers if possible off of one amplifier for a stealth easy install. I am really sick of multiple amp set ups, sorry.
So please look this over and feel free to offer alternative options or point out any flaws in my planning before I start dropping money on this stuff. I would like to maintain the 3-way system BMW/BSW have but it looks like it will not be possible.

Speaker upgrade:
Front: Can I go with a 6.5 inch speaker Like ( BOSTON ACOUSTICS PRO60 6.5)
6-1/2" copolymer cone woofer with neodymium magnet 1-1/2-inch voice coil
RadialVent cooling and TwinstageTM heat sink for increased power handling
Cast aluminum woofer basket
1" Type-M2 anodized alloy dome tweeter with slim AMDTM
VariMountTM adapter rings allow for fast installation
Axis-, flush-, and angle-mount tweeter mounting kit
External detachable crossover with bi-wire and bi-amp options
Power range: 2-125 watts RMS (250 watts peak power)
Fequency response 50-22,000 Hz
Sensitivity: 90 dB
Top-mount depth: 2-3/8"

Back: I really don't know what to do here as BSW has the ight idea of not putting tweeters in the rear to mess up imaging and I won't be sending much power here

Sub: BSW X108

Amplifier upgrade
:JL Audio 500/5
Rated Power Front Channels: 100 W RMS x 2 @ 1.5 ohm-4 ohm (11V-14.5V) Rated Power Rear Channels: 25 W RMS x 2 @ 1.5 ohm-4 ohm (11V-14.5V) Rated Power Subwoofer Channel: 250 W RMS @ 1.5 ohm-4 ohm (11V-14.5V) THD at Rated Power: <0.03% @ 4 ohm (front and rear ch.)
<0.05% @ 4 ohm (subwoofer ch.)
Factory integration:Alpine PXE-H650
Sound processor pxe h650 New * system integration sound processor for use when adding amps to a factory system * four sets of preamp outputs (front 1, front 2, rear, and subwoofer) * Imprint sound technology with a 512-band EQ and time correction * manually adjustable 3-band parametric EQ * high- and low-pass filters * included microphone allows custom sound shaping for your vehicle

OR should I just add the BSW system and call it a day. Those that have done aftermarket systems in the past, are you happy with your stage 1 set, up. I don't want loud spl, just clear sound.

I'm betting the Boston's with the JL amp would sound pretty darn good. I experimented alot with a previous vehicle and would have to echo the "sick of multiple amps" comment. I had a 97 Saab 900 with CDT 6.5's in the doors, a stagefront kit on the dash, a 12" Elemental Designs sub, and an Alpine MRV-F545 running it all (125x2,500x1). Sounded awesome!

So far I have only added a sub and amp to my X5 (Diamond audio 10" + 400 rms). I plan to upgrade speakers in the future as the stock speakers sound like pooh. The sub is a MUST.

Try the Boston's and let us all know, otherwise the BSW seems to be a good plug and play option.
