Dice Noise Filter installation

Hello,

I've got dice noise filter (got it for free from Bimmer360 ), but don't know how to use/wire it.
does anyone have installation guide?
I have 3 wires - blue, red and black.

Let us know how that worked out for you or if it fixed the issues. We have always had mixed results with the noise filters. Sometimes they go in and are done and others still have the noise.
