Angry Phatnoise 2006 BMW X3? Help Cd Check

Has anyone sussfully installed a Phatnoise in a 2006 X3? My issue is the system and radio locking up with "CD Check" when trying to perform other functions. You need to exit out and enter back in to gain control, but will lock up again when changing functions.

I have all the proper hardware including Phatnoise modified Blitzsafe adapter. Anyone know of other mods besided conversion to 5V instead of 12V?

I have tried two different systems and adapters with same results. I have tried varios firmware versions also.

I have been to Phathack.com Phatnoise.org wit no results.

I have read on this board owners have installed them in a 2006 X5 with no problems.

Is there really a difference with the Business CD X3 than other BMW's?

Any solutions would be great. I really do not want to switch to Ipod.

Thanks
