Question Am I SOL with w/ motorized headrests if I want to install monitors w/ dvd players?

I found these two older posts that tell me I'm SOL but I'm hoping that some aftermarket vendor has fixed this by now...maybe Invision?

2.
http://www.xoutpost.com/bsws-mobile-electronics-forum/45251-2008-x5-headrest-dvds.html?highlight=motorized+headrest

I have a 2006 4.8is with comfort seats which have the motorized headrests, and visual logic does not show that any of the ones they carry will work. They say they have a model that works with the motorized headrests for a 2007 X5, but they haven't tested it with a 2006 (any idea if it will work?) I'm hoping to find an integrated solution in the headrest itself, without moving to a center console mount, or external system mounted to the headrests as mentioned in the above posts.

The Crutchfield sales rep thought that the non-motorized version would work during the install, but now half way through it the installer called to tell me it's a no go, so I'm shipping them back.

Thanks so much for the help.

I can provide a solution for the motorized headrests in the X5's. Please contact me at the office. I will get you in touch with a purchasing source. Thanks!
