Please Help I can't get factory CD player out

Sorry but I have been at this for over 2 hours, and I can not seem to get the CD player out. I have the MID out, but I am stuck on the CD player.

"
STEP 2 CD PLAYER REMOVAL
There are a further two grub screws requiring a 2.5mm or similar allen key located on the lower fascia at either end.
Undo these until they spin freely. The CD unit can now be pulled out from the dash
"
Well there are no pictures with the DYI instructions, and the two small screw I see, are loose and spinning and the CD player is still stuck in there, so maybe I have the wrong screws, IDK. IF anyone has done this and you can help me spare my sanity, please chime in
