do I have to get trunk dice with this amp?

Getting my wifes 2001 X5 a dice adapter for her ipod from tom

this is a picture of the amp in the trunk

if I understand EAS's website, although I dont have a coax cable, but I do have the coax connection so I am forced to use the trunk mount and run a wire up to the console

this this correct?

Does anyone know if any special tools are needed to assist running the wires?

We have a full video install guide and offer a discount for X5world members. Just use coupon code FORUMDICE

I assume this 01 has DSP? If it does then you will need the DSP adapter which means we need to connect in the rear of the vehicle.

Better yet since you are in Atlanta can you bring it by next week and I can show you the entire install? Let me know if I can help.
