We at BSW prides ourselves in offering the best customer service possible. We have recently added our installation PDF’s to our website for anyone to download and we are working quickly to add our installation videos to further assist your installs.

We know that we cannot all be on the phone talking about iPods and speakers when your office is next door to the boss, and sometime’s it’s just easier or more convenient to chat! Now you can get all your questions answered through our live chat service -- while you are working on that spreadsheet!

Live Chat is available Monday-Friday 10am-7pm EST. We have the site auto updating real time. See picture below. If the icon says “Chat Now” simply click it and follow the on screen prompts! If we are unavailable or out at lunch the site will reflect this and you can either call and leave us a message or wait for us to return.

Let me know if you have ANY other questions – and if you have any suggestions or comments, we’d love to hear them.

Shipping costs to Ireland

Hi, I am interested in the following:
  • Stage 1 speaker upgrade Non dsp 8 speakers
  • Sub/amp install
  • Dice/spec dock install
The calculated shipping costs to Ireland are approx $300 can you:
  • get a better deal on shipping?
  • Do you have any Irish,UK or Europe dealers.

The customer service with BSW is first-rate! Nothing but excellent experiences with them. The addition of live chat is a great idea.

No I have not recieved the answers regarding high shipping costs and any dealers located in Ireland/UK. Can you help?
