Help installing Ice-> Plus with DSP

I ordered the kit from Dension. It was on hold because I needed the DSP kit. When I got ahold of someone, they told me that the DA converter was no longer made and to get it from Radio Shack which I did. I finally got the parts from Dension. Now I have some questions about installing it...

1. The coxial cable doesn't fit with the one I got from Dension to the car. They are both the same fitting. I had a glove mounted CD changer. The one that I have seems to be male and the one that Dension sent me is male. Is there a double female that I can get?

2. There weren't any instructions on how to install the DA kit with this. I see where to hook up the left and right outputs and such. What about power. How does it get power? Is there a cable suppose to me made for that?

Thanks for the help.
