Invision DVD headrest player question...

I have a 2006 X5 4.4i coming in with sport package, so the interior is the grey / black combo. It has the grey sport seats without power headrest. Can someone tell me which of the Invision DVD headrests would be the best option for this particular vehicle along with a price estimate?

Also I've seen some pictures of people who have put them in and the leather on the headrest doesn't seem to match the seats in texture. The one I saw had perfectly smooth leather on the headrest vs. textured on the seat. I'm interested in how well they match the interior based on anyone here who uses them.

Thanks!
Adam

Adam,

Please contact me directly and I will be more than happy to answer all of your questions about the products and tell you which system is best suited for your specific vehicle. There are 2 options specifically that you would be interested in. As far as leather goes we need to find out if you have dakota or nasca interior and we will match accordingly. The last 7 numbers in your VIN will tell me exactly!

You can reach me at the numbers listed below. I look forward to hearing from you.

Have a fantastic day!

-Law

Thanks Lawrence for all of your help on the phone. For others on the board, I called this afternoon to inquire and the headrests will be here tomorrow! My new to me 2006 Imola Red 4.4i arrives on the truck tomorrow afternoon, and I will have DVDs in the headrests by tomorrow night

Thanks again!

hhhm3 is an unknown quantity at this point
I guess your X5 don't have active headrest?

Or do they make dvd screens headrest with active headrest?

Law, what are the options for those who have active headrest?

Call me and we can discuss it. It is a factory part within the USA so we can discuss it and I can get you in touch with a dealer close to you.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Lawrence,

Thanks again for the great system and outstanding service.

Can you tell me if it matters which direction I hook up the noise supressor? I have red, blue and black. Just wondering if the red and blue has an 'in and out' or not.

Thanks!

Adam,

Red goes to Vehicle Power
Blue goes to control box
Black is for a good ground

This will help!
