Need help installing aftermarket stereo
All I am trying to do is install a Pioneer DEH-P7900BT without having to upgrade the rest of the audio equipment in the car. Does anyone have any experience with this and if so what is my best plan of action??? Just to throw it in there - I do have the Pioneer Avic F900bt that I would love to get in there... |

The "others" are correct. The DSP amp is dependent on the radio, so you will need a new amp and some moderately heavy wiring. (It will not take "rewiring" though.) All the wires are fine, but you will have to add passive crossovers between your new amp and the existing speakers.
