I-Pod shuffle & i-phone ( 1st gen )>2k4 X5

Hey guys, I have a 2K4 X5 4.4i with non dsp radio, I'd like to be able to use either my i-pod shuffle or my i-Phone ( non 3 G - 1st gen i-Phone ) I need to send my i-phone for a repair but that's another story, I also have an i-Pod shuffle that I could use in the meantime that my i-Phone get repaired. I'd like to be able to use one or the other, does anyone can tell me a known to work i-pod adapter that would work. I have search in the mobile electronic forum, as well as the internet but but being that specific I tough of asking.
