BMW business CD radio

i have a bmw x3 2004 i have a problem in my BMW business CD radio the cd stucked inside the unit and the unit cant reads there is cd inside it , when i went to the dealer he said there is no solution for this and i must get a new one .
help please

Go to any electronics repair shop and they'll get the CD out and determine if the drive is fixable.
If some part of the CD drive is broken, then a new CD drive is required.
And new CD drives are hard to find, hence easier to replace the radio
