I have a Hybrid Digital/Analogue TV module which has both of it's SMB antenna connectors damaged. The Tuner module inside the unit which has the SMB connectors is a discreet metal can in a large SIL package.
I'd really like to get this tuner repaired as it works perfectly, just that the inner pin on one connector and both outer ground 'rings' on the sockets have been broken off - I didn't do it, but a ham fisted mechanic who didn't know how to take the connectors off wrenched them off with pliers
Anyone know if LEAR have a repair facility in Europe? Or anyone know of a good electronics repair shop that can work carefully with RF components?
