Yes I know I can probably hit the search button but I wanted some answers on my specific questions rather than reading 50 post to answer each one seperately. So, sorry in advance if your upset

I have a 2001 X5 with a standard radio DSP, business cd player, and a CD changer hooked up to it.

Ok, So far I have read mixed reviews with the DICE iPOD unit. My friends bought me the OEM BMW iPOD Interface

Here are my questions:

1) Is there a unit I can buy that allows me to keep my CD changer and use an iPOD? all the same and has an AUX in?

2) Will the kit they bought even works on my 2001? I thought it might only work with the Nav units from a 2003+

3) Will the CD changer work on a 2006 3 series if I cant keep the ipod unit?


What else would you do?
